Send to desktop is missing in Windows 11, 10, ... or MS Server OS?

1.) Adding Send to Desktop!

First open the  shell:SendTo folder Windows + R.

In the Send To folder, create the file:  Desktop (create shortcut) .DeskLink . 

Don't forget the .DeskLink file  extension .

The file extensions should be visible: you can change them using the Windows folder options .

Simply create a new text document and in  Desktop (create shortcut) .DeskLink . rename.
